Lucas was born and raised in Concord, North Carolina. He attended Wake Forest University and majored in Computer Science while working at the help desk and networking department as a technician. Seeing the technology world from these two different perspectives (academic and ideal situations vs. gritty real-world problems) gave him tremendous insight into issues and allowed him to attack problems with brute force or elegance, depending on what the situation called for. He now has over ten years of experience running an IT Support business under his belt.

These days he sees his company as a continual startup — every day brings a new way to revamp, become more efficient and bring more benefit to his customers.
